Baseball Again?

Jacob loved playing tee ball so much that when he found out there was also a winter league he wanted to play again. We are so glad he's found something that he really enjoys doing. He is now playing Minor B baseball, which means harder rules, bigger field, and a pitching machine. Winter Ball is much more casual than the spring season so it's a great chance for Jacob to learn the rules and get more practice. He's on the Mariners and he'll be playing every Sunday until Thanksgiving!

Olivia's First Day of Preschool

The day after Labor Day Olivia started preschool. She went for a few weeks in the summer to get used to going but this was the official start of the new year. Since Mom already started school Dad took Olivia to the first day open house. Olivia settled right in and gave a big wave when Dad needed to leave for work. It looks like it's going to be a busy year!

Here's Olivia in her new dress with her backpack, all ready to go!

Here's the pink backpack and check out the bow Dad put in her hair.

One last picture of the dress and shoes, she picked them out all by herself.

Our friend Aidan goes to preschool too! They are so lucky to be in the same class. That's dad Tony who also came to the first day open house.

Happy Labor Day

We can't consider Labor Day as the end of summer since we go back to school in August and we know we can visit the beach well into October. We did join the masses and went to The Strand to celebrate our long weekend. Here is Jacob and Olivia sitting in the middle of their castle. It was a beautiful day and we look forward to another beach day next weekend.
