July 25th - July 31st

Well we've hit the end of July which means that soon we will be ending our summer fun and heading back to work. It has been great getting to spend so much time with our friends and Jessica has picked up a new hobby, scrapbooking! Monday Great Grandma Arnold came over with Grandma Vickie. It was Grandma Arnold's last day of vacation. Grandpa Larry, Auntie Brandie, Great Auntie, and Great Uncle Bill were all here for dinner. Of course Jacob's favorite friend, Shelby the dog, came to visit also! Tuesday was class day and Jacob painted a snake. After class we enjoyed a McDonald's lunch with Jack and Thomas, and their moms too! Wednesday was playday but this week it was in Coronado. Sharon has been camping there all week and it was her turn to hostess the event so we decided to make it a beach day. Unfortunately Connor and Thomas couldn't make it but Sharon had plenty of family around to help entertain the boys. Candace and Brittany (Sharon's cousins) are Jacob's newest best friends! Friday was our gym class and this week we got to play with Jack's grandma! She came to class since Cheryl went off to Las Vegas! After class Jacob cooled off in the backyard with the Elmo sprinkler. Sunday we hit the pool once more, just the three of us! What a nice way to wind down the weekend. Well that's it for this week!

July 18th through July 24th

Well it has been another busy week for us! Monday Jenn and Thomas Kick spent the whole day down here in Eastlake. The boys played all morning, napped, and then we all went shopping and out to dinner. Tuesday Michael took the day off and was able to take Jacob to his pre-preschool class. They painted clouds and made rain! After a nap the three of us went to SeaWorld for the evening. We even ran into the Audettes. Wednesday was our regular playdate and this week it was at Cheryl and Jack Gates house. The boys had a great time splashing in the pool and playing in the sandbox. Later Jacob and Jack had a water fight with the hose! Thursday Jacob went to Margie's house (daycare) while Cheryl and I took two of our Jamacha girls, Kelli and Delaney, to get their nails done. Friday Jacob joined Jack and Kai at gym class and afterwards we hit the pool. Sharon's friend Meagan even got to come and hang out! Saturday we hung around the house and then went out to dinner with the family. Tom and Joyce Keaveny treated since they are soon off to visit their family on the east coast. Sunday we joined the Treltas family for a day at the Silver Strand. We stayed all day, skipped nap, and even enjoyed a bbq dinner with them. They are camping there all week! Whew, as I said it was busy, busy, busy!

Welcome to our Blog!

Ok, after months of procrastinating we have finally figured out how to run our blog. We don't promise to update it daily, monthly or even weekly. When we have the time we'll let you know what's new with us! Things are going to get busier by the day as we prepare for baby number two. Here are some summer fun pictures to get started.
