Grandma
I know we said we'd be better at updating our blog but things aren't always smooth running. The last month has been pretty busy and unfortunately this wasn't the update we would have liked to provide to you. Jessica's grandma had been sick for several weeks at the beginning of February and she passed away on February 20th. A memorial service is planned for March 7th and a burial will be later at Fort Rosecrans. Here are a few pictures from Grandma Moon's birthday in October. We had a great time visiting, she loved seeing the kids, and it was a quiet time to relax. We got to see her again at Christmas but that was crazy with all the presents and family! Grandma will be missed a great deal but we will remember all the happy times that we shared.

I'm so sorry to hear about your grandma, Jessica. What special pictures with your kiddos. I'm so glad that they're old enough to remember some good times with her. My prayers and thoughts are with your family.
Jess - We were very sad to hear the news about Grandma Moon. She was a lovely person -- I remember you talking about her when we were kids. And, although Amy and I met her only once or twice we feel like we knew her because of all your stories of Grandma Moon.
